Course Overview

Of the various kinds of courses at undergraduate level the most popular is the Bachelor’s degree in Arts. This is perhaps because it provides a convenient threshold of eligibility to launch oneself into numerous competitive examinations offering jobs ranging from that in Railways to those of Administrative services of the highest rank, besides diversifying into further job-specific studies. The college offers a rich spectrum in the undergraduate stream of Arts faculty. At Bachelor’s degree level a student can opt for English, Hindi, Sanskrit, History, Ancient History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology and Education.
Eligibility: The college conducts Admission Test to select students for B.A.. The basic eligibility for Entrance to B.A. is Intermediate or equivalent 10+2 pass. After clearing the admission test the candidates shall be called for counseling session as per their merit where they shall be provided free advice regarding the utility of the subjects, as per their background and liking.
